Refund Policy

True Path Solutions Refund Policy

Effective Date: 2-13-2025 ​​

 

1. Individual Coaching Sessions

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24-hour notice.

• Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

• Payments for completed sessions are non-refundable.

2. Coaching Packages

• All coaching packages are non-refundable once services begin.

• If a client chooses to discontinue, remaining sessions are forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Workshops & Group Programs

• Cancellations made 7 days prior to program start may receive a partial refund (less administrative fees).

• No refunds after program start.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of True Path Consultants.
